Consult with Kevin & Willie
Are you thinking about getting a wig/unit? Do you have questions about the process? Do you want to know the options available to you? Simply book a consultation with us and we’ll work with you to determine the best approach for you. Each consultation costs $50. If you decide to buy one of our products or services, this fee will go toward your purchase.
Custom Units
If you’re looking for a handcrafted wig created just for you, you’ve come to the right place! Not only are our units made to your specific requirements and needs (our raw hair can be coloured, highlighted, straightened, and curled) they are a great option for anyone growing out their hair or undergoing medical treatments as no adhesive tape or glue is needed. Our units are lightweight and hug your head for a secure fit.
The first step to your fully customized unit is a consult. The $50 consultation fee will be applied to your purchase. We ask for 80% of the total cost of your unit before construction begins. The balance is due prior to your install service or your pick up appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Premade with Love
Every season we launch a number of pre-made units. Some are based on fan favourite styles; some are new designs and creations. Even though they are not constructed specifically for you, the colour and styles can be customized for you. They are also cheaper than a fully customized unit. Meaning, you could buy more than one!
LLU Refresh (Unit Care)
Whether you have a fully customized or pre-made unit, we can give your wig a complete refresh. We’ll give your unit a special moisturizing treatment, update its colour and give it a trim. You can set up a consultation to see what needs to be done to revive your unit or simply courier it to us to take care of.
Hair Love Products
We have our own line of hair care products, LLU Ultra, to help you take care of your unit at home. We also carry Bold Hold products. See our FAQs for tips on how to care for your Ladies Love Unit.
Accessories & Swag
Get a LLU melt band, bonnet with edge ties or scarf to protect your unit for longer wear. And, while you're at it, you could buy a LLU tee-shirt or sweatshirt. We're all about promoting LOVE!
