Cancellations

At least 24 hours notice must be given for all cancellations, otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will be charged prior to rebooking. If a deposit was made, it will be kepts and will not be applied to your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, may result in the cancellation of your appointment. If we cancel your appointment due to late arrival, our cancellation policy applies. We are typically booked back-to-back and do not have the flexibility to accommodate late clients.

Payment Plan

We ask for 80% of the total cost of your unit before construction begins. The balance is due prior to your install service or your pick up appointment.

Consultation Service Fee

Our consultation service fee is $50 plus HST. This fee will go toward any product or service you purchase. If you don’t make a purchase, you will still be charged this fee.
